Anointing of the Sick at our Masses this weekend

Anointing of the Sick:

At both of our Masses this weekend, May 3rd & 4th, we will be celebrating the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick.

The Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick was instituted by Christ our Lord as a true and proper Sacrament of the New Testament.  If you or someone you know is experiencing serious illness, is preparing for surgery, is elderly, or is experiencing emotional illness or spiritual struggle, please consider approaching the Altar to receive the Sacrament.  The Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick has been the vehicle of many powerful encounters with God in the lives of people.  

Fr. John will dispense the Sacrament following the Homily at both of our Masses this weekend.
